Host a Course at Your Location or Online
You can choose to host training sessions at your own site, a nearby facility, or online. This helps reduce travel expenses, fosters relationships with other departments, and offers easy access for attendees. You have the flexibility to host a “closed” course for your team or an “open” course inviting other agencies to participate.
The Stress Care Doc will provide:

Expert Training: Comprehensive peer support and resilience training by a certified professional

Customization: Tailored programs to meet the specific needs of your organization

Online Registration System: Email confirmations, reminder notifications, and collection of course fees for "open" courses

Marketing Flyer: A promotional flyer for sharing with outside agencies for "open" courses

Certificates: Certificates of completion for all participants who attend and successfully complete the course(s)
The Hosting Agency will provide:

Technology: A projector screen or monitor, access to an audio system, and someone on-hand to assist with equipment issues

Facility: A training room with tables and chairs that can be arranged for the class participants

Refreshments: Morning and afternoon beverages and snacks for multiple-day presentations, as well as someone on-hand to replenish these items throughout the day

Local Area: Suggestions for lodging and a list of local restaurants within the area

Marketing: Distribution of training flyer within the department and outside agencies (open courses) to ensure the minimum participant requirement is reached
